Our Projects

Stutz Fuel Dock

Madison Shores Marina is a planned and permitted 10 slip high end Marina offering large vessels between 50′ and 100′ an opportunity to lease space close to the mouth of Gig Harbor Bay. Most slips offer views of Mount Rainier as well as easy and quick unfettered access to Puget Sound given the proximate to the mouth of the Harbor.

Bremerton Professional Building

This was our 16th commercial building since 1999 and is a classic example of properties we select. We purchased this property in December of 2019. It was 90% vacant, and had issues with vagrancy. The project took three years to complete.

As of December 2021, we were 100%, with construction all finished, and closed on our conventional financing.

KRM Building

Our most recent project is a 1947 2-story concrete building with large rough strewn timber post and beam interior.

It was used as the Kitsap Rescue Mission where they were building living units upstairs and day rooms and kitchens downstairs for the homeless. It also came with a 27 stall parking lot in back.

Stay tuned for more pictures of our progress!

I00F on Front Street

Our Historical interest came full circle while doing business in Issaquah. We were fortunate enough to purchase the oldest building in the City, built in 1887. It was the old IOOF Building, otherwise known as the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

Front Street Project Continued

We renovated several buildings as part of our Front Street Project.

This is another building on Front Street that we purchased and renovated.

Our 3rd Front Street Project

This was Issaquah’s first and only Western building on Front Street in the early 1900’s. We bought it in 1999. We remodeled and now it is being leased.

Renton Medical Building

This is the Renton Medical and Dental Building. We purchased this in the early 2000’s. Our renovation was completed and the property was sold.

Project Near Tides Tavern

This project started in 2003 and took 5 years of time to tear down the old fuel tanks, buildings, and floats from the Stutz fuel dock next to the Tides tavern. It was severely contaminated from leaks in the tanks over the years.

Our first step was to enter into a clean up project with ecology. It took 2 years of digging and remediation and 3 years of permitting with ecology, the city, the state, and more.

Gig Harbor Project

This is a project in Gig Harbor we purchased roughly 7 years ago.

We needed more room for my cars while operating Jim’s classic garage. We found this 1.1 acre lot with a house and a 5k sf warehouse. We renovated the house and turned it into a duplex, then in June of 2019 we rented out the warehouse to Wet Noses Dry Paws dog daycare, and the 2 units at the house.
