Tangodoe Investment Properties, LLC is a boutique Real Estate Development company that buys and restores financially under-performing commercial properties that have potentially high rates of return. We seek out projects that are passed on by other developers and investors for a variety of reasons.

We offer Sellers the opportunity to buy their struggling property that might not sell due to a variety of reasons. One is its physical condition being too far in need of maintenance, i.e. structural, zoning issues, contamination issues, etc. that would prevent the property to meet typical bank financing requirements.

This property 90% vacant and was being used by the homeless and drug addicted. It is now full finished and 100% occupied.

Gig Harbor Project

This project took 5 years; 2 years of digging and remediation and 3 years of permitting with ecology, the city, the state and Native American interests.

Front Street Project

We renovated several buildings as part of our Front Street Project, including the historical 100F building and Issaquah’s first and only Western building on Front Street.
